Are you looking for a leadership role that combines technical expertise with strategic vision? As the Practice Lead, you will drive our initiatives in modern workplace transformation and lead a team of experts to deliver innovative solutions.

Job Description

As the Practice Lead, you will oversee the delivery of projects related to Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership to define the strategic direction of the Modern Work practice, aligning with business goals and emerging trends.

You will be responsible for driving the adoption of best practices for Modern Work solutions, promoting continuous improvement, innovation, and the effective use of tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Viva. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their organizational performance and employee experience.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform), Azure, and modern collaboration solutions. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in modern workplace transformation, IT consulting, or technology solutions, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or solutions architecture role, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and collaboration technologies.
