About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Strategic Property Acquisition Specialist to join our client's team at HRG. In this role, you will play a crucial part in addressing complex property challenges and securing alternative sites for high-risk locations that may require relocation.

Your main objective will be to collaborate with a diverse team to mitigate the risk of site loss by developing and implementing effective property strategies. Your work will be vital in retaining customers and maintaining revenue stability on these sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional property acquisition services to minimize site relocations and reduce the need for temporary facilities.
  • Negotiate property access rights for both new and existing sites, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the Property Team's annual targets.
  • Collaborate with a Senior Project Manager to make a meaningful impact on business objectives.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Property industry experience with awareness of commercial leasing transactions.
  • Excellent written and oral skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Great attention to detail and the ability to work with the wider project team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience dealing with property and non-property professionals and property owners.
  • Analytical and influencing skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment.
