Key Responsibilities
  • Take detailed client briefs to understand their property goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with market conditions, real estate trends, and regulatory updates
  • Sources potential properties across on-market, pre-market, and off-market listings that meet client requirements
  • Conduct thorough research and due diligence to assess potential risks and opportunities
  • Negotiate purchase prices and terms to secure the best possible outcomes for clients
  • Manage relationships with real estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process
Requirements
  • Valid Class 2 Real Estate License
  • Proven experience as a Buyer's Agent or Seller's Agent
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Australian property market and regulatory environment
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Utmost ethical standards, serving clients with honesty, integrity, and their best interests at the core
