As a Member Experience Lead, you will be the first point of contact for our members, ensuring their expectations are met and that they feel welcome and valued.

- Ensure the safety of our team and members, complying with relevant regulations and procedures.

- Manage administration systems effectively, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
