In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for building relationships with candidates and stakeholders, identifying top talent, and promoting our organization's brand.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough candidate searches and assessments to identify the best fit for our organization
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and internal teams
Requirements:
  • National Police clearance (or ability to obtain)
  • Baseline Clearance (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience working with a HR and or Recruitment team within the APS
  • Experience using E-recruit or similar CMS system
  • Experience with high volume recruitment tasks in a transactional and complex environment
