Facilities Management Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Facilities Manager to join our team in Nerang. As a key member of our fast-growing business, you will be responsible for coordinating incoming customer jobs, managing trades and contractors, conducting site inspections and audits, and assisting with scopes and quotes.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have experience in facilities coordination or trade background
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Great communication with clients, trades and contractors
  • Current driver's licence + full Australian working rights

  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
