Take the lead in maintaining and enhancing our facilities to deliver exceptional guest experiences.


About This Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires strategic thinking, strong planning skills, and commercial acumen.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a facilities strategy that drives operational excellence across multiple sites
  • Lead multi-year maintenance and improvement programs to ensure high-performance facilities
  • Oversee quality control, contractor performance, and regulatory compliance
  • Identify cost efficiencies without compromising quality or safety
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and government bodies
  • Lead, mentor, and support site facilities teams

Requirements
  • Senior leadership experience in facilities management, asset management, or related field
  • Proven strategic planning skills with ability to deliver operational excellence
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing significant budgets and procurement
  • Strong knowledge of building presentation disciplines, trades, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Expertise in contractor management, tendering, and supplier negotiation
  • Relevant trade qualification or tertiary degree in facilities management, construction, or related field
  • Current driver's licence and flexibility to travel between sites
