About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining rooms and grounds, inspecting and reporting faults, and assisting guests as required.

  • Maintenance of rooms/grounds
  • Inspection & reporting of faults
  • Reporting all maintenance issues as required
  • Assisting guests when required

This is a busy hands-on role that requires a motivated individual with great time management skills and a desire to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct routine inspections of rooms and grounds to identify and report any maintenance issues
  2. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard
  3. Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest requests
  4. Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve common goals and objectives
