As Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee and elevate the experience across all dining outlets, including signature restaurants, rooftop bars, in-room dining, and conference and events operations.

Key Responsibilities:

3. Oversee operations across all food and beverage outlets, in-room dining, and conference and events services, ensuring seamless execution.
4. Maintain a calm and composed presence under pressure, guiding your team through busy periods with focus and efficiency.
5. Provide ongoing coaching, development, and feedback to empower individual and team growth.
6. Build strong relationships with guests, understanding their preferences and exceeding expectations with personalized service.
7. Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to ensure integrated, high-quality operations.
8. Implement service standards, training programs, and operational processes that drive both guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
9. Monitor departmental performance, ensuring smooth operations, quality control, and efficient resource management.
