Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Food and Beverage team to deliver exceptional luxury experiences.
  • Set the standard for service excellence, leading by example in all guest interactions.
  • Oversee operations across all food and beverage outlets, in-room dining, and conference and events services.
  • Maintain a calm and composed presence under pressure, guiding your team through busy periods with focus and efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, development, and feedback to empower individual and team growth.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, understanding their preferences and exceeding expectations with personalized service.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure integrated, high-quality operations.
  • Implement service standards, training programs, and operational processes that drive both guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Monitor departmental performance, ensuring smooth operations, quality control, and efficient resource management.

  • Proven experience in a Food and Beverage leadership role within a luxury hotel environment.

  • A calm, confident, and composed presence under pressure.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with guests and colleagues.
