Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Business Services team as a Management Assistant. This is a fixed-term position until 30 June, and the successful candidate will be based at 2 High Street, Perth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating charges and payments for all chargeable childcare places within relevant services/settings.
  • Supporting the administration of Nursery Registrations.
  • Undertaking general administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Excellent IT skills with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of packages.
  • Excellent communication skills to be able to deal with internal and external customers.
  • The ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
  • The ability to work accurately under pressure and within tight timescales.
  • The ability to forward plan and manage your own workload.
  • Experience of working within a busy team and able to demonstrate good working relationships.
