We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to provide high-quality support to our Employment & Community team. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a crucial role in implementing quality systems and processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support for grants-related programs, including onboarding employees and identifying development needs for activities and tasks.
- Prepare and submit reports to the Department of Social Services and NDIS on grants-related activities and work plans.
- Process NDIS claims through the Customer Management System (CMS) and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop training materials from provided content and organize training and induction sessions.
- Respond to queries regarding AWA employment support services for people with disabilities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Current Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance (no older than 6 months), Current Driver's Licence, NDIS Workers Orientation Module, NDIS Worker Screening check, and COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.
