About the Role

The Administration Officer plays a vital role in delivering exceptional administrative support to clients, staff, and visitors within the Community Health department in the EFN Region. Reporting directly to the Business Support Coordinator of EFN LHN, the incumbent is accountable to the relevant Regional Community Health Team Leader for Business Support and Programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Community Health department, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, staff, and visitors to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Business Support Coordinator to identify and implement process improvements to enhance administrative support services.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality administrative support services are delivered to clients and staff.
