Member Retention Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with our team in improving membership retention and growing the member base.

Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with teams to enhance membership retention and growth strategies.
- Provide top-notch customer service to members and handle inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain and update the membership database with meticulous attention to detail.
- A passion for building strong relationships with members and colleagues alike.
- Previous experience in a member-based organization is highly desirable.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with ease.
