About this role
As a skilled individual, you will provide personalised support to our Participants, enhancing their lives and promoting independence.
The role is dynamic and requires adaptability. You must be able to think critically and make a positive impact in the lives of our Participants.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting clients with disabilities is highly desirable.
- A QLD driver's licence and own reliable transport are required.
- You must hold a current Paid employee Blue Card (or be willing to obtain one before employment).
- Current Paid employee Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain before employment)
- First Aid & CPR certification (or willing to obtain before employment)
- NDIS 'Worker Orientation' module (or willing to obtain before employment)
- Covid 19 Infection Control certificate (or willing to obtain before employment)
- Australian working rights are essential.
- You will need a smart phone with internet access.
