Job Title:

Disability Support Worker - Personalised Care

We are seeking experienced and compassionate individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers, providing person-centred support to people living with disabilities in the Brisbane area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing active support to individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and empowerment
  • Assisting with daily tasks, community access, and participation in activities that promote social inclusion
  • Facilitating morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle for transportation
  • Experience or education in disability or mental health, highly regarded
  • A current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • A commitment to supporting and promoting individual needs, skills, abilities, and personal goals of people with disabilities
