Senior Investment and Joint Venture Manager

The Investment Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of investment and joint venture management. This includes coordinating meetings, managing portals, and providing team administration support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings with joint venture partners and internal stakeholders
- Manage the Joint Venture portals, including user access and information loading
- Provide administrative support to the team, including expense management and supplier invoices
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of joint venture showcases
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior coordinator role with high contact points
- Extensive travel and time management skills
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing aspects of SharePoint sites
- Experience managing team budgets and forecasts
