Senior Joint Venture Coordinator

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting joint venture and investment management activities across multiple assets and partnerships.
This is an exceptional opportunity to be the central point of coordination for proactive and reactive engagement with our JV partners, requiring strong stakeholder management, relationship-building skills, and high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Coordinate JV partner meetings, showcases, site tours, and internal briefings.
- Manage JV portals, including access control, content updates, and user support.
- Liaise with EA networks and senior stakeholders to resolve scheduling challenges.
- Support communications and presentation materials for Development, Leasing, and Asset Management teams.
- Maintain team SharePoint sites and assist with VSA and ACCC processes.
- Provide high-level administrative support including expense management, document preparation, and inbox monitoring.
