Joint Venture and Investment Coordinator

This role oversees the coordination of various activities, including joint venture meetings, internal team meetings, and investment management tasks.
The successful candidate will foster strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders, effectively managing scheduling challenges and approaching their work with a positive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage calendars and schedules for joint venture partners
- Coordinate meeting arrangements and resolve any scheduling conflicts
- Oversee access control to joint venture portals
- Take minutes and distribute them after meetings
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager
- Manage expenses and supplier invoices in a timely manner
- Coordinate the General Manager's schedule
- Proven experience as a senior coordinator with high-level contact skills
- Excellent time management and travel skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
