Job Title: Strategic Joint Venture Coordinator
">As a key member of the team, the Strategic Joint Venture Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring seamless operations across various assets and partners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating joint venture meetings, internal meetings, and other routine and bespoke activities. This includes managing joint venture portals, scheduling meetings, and ensuring timely access to information.
JV Management Responsibilities:- Manage JV partner activity diary/calendar
- Coordinate meeting scheduling with JV partners and internal teams
- Ensure timely distribution of meeting minutes and actions
- Monitor JV Partnerships inbox and action incoming emails
- Assist with communications deliverables for business partners
- Support JV showcase preparations and coordination
- Act as quality control for JV-facing collateral
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager
- Manage expenses and supplier invoices
- Coordinate the General Manager's diary
- Work with EAs and Team Coordinators to coordinate internal meetings
- Senior coordinator experience with high contact points
- Extensive travel and time management skills
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience managing SharePoint sites
- Experience managing team budgets and forecasts
