Are you a highly organised, proactive professional with a passion for stakeholder engagement and operational excellence? Vicinity is seeking a Coordinator, Investor & Joint Venture Management to play a pivotal role in supporting our joint venture and investment management activities across 26 assets and 18 JV partners.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to be the central point of coordination for both proactive and reactive engagement with our JV partners. You'll manage everything from quarterly performance reviews and showcase events to portal access and site tours—ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate JV partner meetings, showcases, site tours, and internal briefings.

Manage JV portals, including access control, content updates, and user support.

Liaise with EA networks and senior stakeholders to resolve scheduling challenges.

Support communications and presentation materials for Development, Leasing, and Asset Management teams.

Maintain team SharePoint sites and assist with VSA and ACCC processes.

Provide high-level administrative support including expense management, document preparation, and inbox monitoring.

What You'll Bring

Demonstrated experience in a senior coordination role or experience at an Executive Assistant in a listed entity.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF).

Experience with SharePoint site management and team budgeting.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
