Customer Insights Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Insights Specialist to join our team. This is a pivotal role that will play a key part in helping us understand how our customers think, feel and behave.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer experience, insights, data analytics or marketing, with a strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. They will be able to interpret data and translate it into compelling, actionable recommendations.

This is a full-time role requiring the successful candidate to work collaboratively across multiple teams to champion customer perspectives and embed best-practice customer experience approaches.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and evolve our Voice of Customer program to ensure meaningful measurement and tracking
  • Design and deliver research projects and uncover actionable insights that inform decisions across the business
  • Analyse customer behaviour and pain points across multiple data sources to improve satisfaction and loyalty
  • Support digital transformation by identifying trends and analysing customer engagement across channels
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in customer experience, insights, data analytics or marketing
  • Strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Proven ability to interpret data and translate it into compelling, actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills
