About the Role

We are seeking a curious and enthusiastic professional with a passion for data and emerging technologies to fill the position of Senior Business Intelligence Manager.

This role is part of our Finance team, responsible for providing management information, forecast analysis, business advice, and insight to stakeholders.

You will lead the development of business-focused reporting, analytics, and technical solutions for the Bank.

You'll help shape customer experiences through data-driven segmentation, eligibility modelling, and channel selection—while also contributing to early-stage AI initiatives such as automation, generative AI, and intelligent agents.


Main Responsibilities
  • Leading stakeholder engagement across Data & Analytics, Segments, Product, Risk, and Technology teams
  • Solving complex business problems using a mix of BI tools and emerging AI techniques
  • Applying a strong understanding of Banking and Financial products to inform analysis and reporting
  • Designing analytical outcomes that are scalable, automatable, and aligned with business objectives

About You
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, insights generation, or analytics roles
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (Teradata preferred) and BI tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or Power BI
  • Exposure to Python and interest in AI technologies such as machine learning, Streamlit, or generative AI
  • A continuous learning mindset with a passion for exploring new tools and methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain collaborative networks
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on data quality, accuracy, and reliability
  • A proactive, inquisitive, and driven approach to problem-solving and delivery
