Job Title: Performance Analyst, Growth Innovation

The Royal Australasian College of Physicians seeks a Performance Analyst to enable a data-driven culture across its Professional Practice portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain timely performance reporting systems for program and portfolio levels.
  • Build robust data models and dashboards to evaluate program performance and measure member value.
  • Lead performance analysis of programs and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Develop and apply forecasting and financial modelling to optimize program outcomes and resource allocation.
  • Champion a data-informed culture across Professional Practice, building tools and workflows to support confident decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in performance analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering performance reporting, dashboards, and data visualisation tools.
  • Proven ability to build and manage robust data models, integrate data from multiple sources, and perform advanced data analysis.
  • Experience translating complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for strategic and operational decision-making.
