Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Client Implementation Manager to join our team. As a Client Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the launch of new funds and products for clients. This involves liaising with various fund managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client requirements.

About the Role

  • Act as the single point of contact to clients involved in implementation, managing and coordinating the overall implementation process across all business streams.
  • Work together with key parties in each project, ensuring all parties are accountable for their tasks and progress as planned.
  • Demonstrate a high level of diligence, motivation, and organizational skills.
  • Foster excellent customer service and resolution of issues.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships with all teams.
  • Analyze complex and variable issues with significant departmental impact.
  • Optimize manpower to achieve higher productivity levels.
  • Implement client requirements correctly.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and service level, driving process changes.
  • Provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Evaluate risk management practice and maintain a culture of risk and controls in the team through various processes and checkpoints.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of business experience in Financial Services / Securities Services in Client Implementation.
  • Demonstrated Project management skill.
  • Strong Organization and Analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Able to achieve business objectives without compromising on controls and risk parameters established.
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
