Job Title: Customer Success Liaison
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to play a key role in maintaining an accurate project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales executives to ensure quotes are provided to customers accurately and on time.
- Process customer orders accurately and in line with internal protocols.
- Manage projects on Salesforce, ensuring correct owners and secondary owners are assigned, comments are recorded, and changes logged.
- Engage with the design & manufacturing design team at the appropriate point of the project.
- Act as a liaison between factories and customers to resolve issues and determine build and delivery dates.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and sensitively, liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain sound technical knowledge of our product range and stay updated on the construction industry.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Previous experience in project management/coordination, ideally within the construction industry.
- A collaborative approach to work.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and multitask.
- Exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to respectfully influence stakeholders at all levels.
- 'Roll your sleeves up' approach to work, never shying away from challenges.
- Respect the views of others, seeking out different opinions when possible.
