Job Title: Customer Success Liaison

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to play a key role in maintaining an accurate project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales executives to ensure quotes are provided to customers accurately and on time.
  • Process customer orders accurately and in line with internal protocols.
  • Manage projects on Salesforce, ensuring correct owners and secondary owners are assigned, comments are recorded, and changes logged.
  • Engage with the design & manufacturing design team at the appropriate point of the project.
  • Act as a liaison between factories and customers to resolve issues and determine build and delivery dates.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and sensitively, liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain sound technical knowledge of our product range and stay updated on the construction industry.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Previous experience in project management/coordination, ideally within the construction industry.
  • A collaborative approach to work.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and multitask.
  • Exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to respectfully influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • 'Roll your sleeves up' approach to work, never shying away from challenges.
  • Respect the views of others, seeking out different opinions when possible.
