Customer Service Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service professional to join our team.

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients in the construction industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience in call centre and customer service roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Responding to all inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assisting customers with order bookings, changes and cancellations.
  • Liaising with the Operations and Scheduling teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and met.

**Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in call centre and customer service roles.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers through strong phone manner.
  • Administrative skills to handle purchase orders and cash sales orders.
