**Customer Service Agent (Holiday Rentals) - $60k pa + Super**
- Location: Culburra Beach / Callala Bay / Berry
- Applicants must live within a 45 minute drive of Culburra Beach / Callala Bay / Berry

Professional Holiday Homes is a rapidly growing holiday rental management company with over two hundred properties under management on the South Coast of NSW. We are known for the exceptional results we bring our owners and the fantastic experience we provide to our guests.

Due to continuing expansion we are seeking two enthusiastic and highly professional Customer Service Officers to join us at our offices at Culburra Beach / Callala Bay (and Berry in the near future).

We are looking for someone who will be with us long-term and who is keen to take on new challenges and opportunities as the company continues to grow.

**Hours**:
38 hours per week 5 days per week between Monday - Sunday 10am to 6pm. **Must be able to work one day each weekend.**

**Salary**:$60k pa + Super

**Key Tasks**:

- Troubleshooting guest / owner issues
- Replying to guest reviews
- Updating property online guidebooks
- Processing guest payments
- Organising property repairs
- Other tasks as required

**Skills & experience required**:

- Full training will be provided but you must be comfortable with using different software / technologies
- Experience of working in a phone based customer service or property management role highly regarded
- Experience with property management, short-term holiday rentals or in the travel / tourism industry highly regarded
- Drivers license

Pay: $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Culburra Beach, NSW 2540: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (required)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Australian driver's licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
