The Business Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the operational strategy and performance across the organisation. This includes supporting the Board in managing finance, risk, facilities, and statutory obligations.
This role contributes to the ongoing development of strategic, financial, and operational functions, requiring strong leadership skills to drive growth and change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to administrative staff and oversee key functions such as HR, payroll, performance reviews, staff development, and OH&S.
- Support financial reporting, manage KPIs, and maintain vendor relationships.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain IT systems/data.
Requirements:
Applicants should have proven experience in similar business/practice operations management roles, preferably within the healthcare industry. Strong financial management and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in finance/payroll and business software and familiarity with Xero.
