Our company is a leading player in the renewable energy sector, and we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Organisational Development Manager.

The role will involve designing tailored leadership programs for all levels of management, identifying and nurturing high-potential employees, and leading initiatives to drive organisational transformation and growth.

You will work closely with senior leaders to craft strategies that enhance employee retention and career progression, and contribute to the development of high-voltage infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing leadership programs to drive business growth and transformation.
  • Identifying and developing high-potential employees through tailored coaching and mentoring.
  • Leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and career progression.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline, such as Organisational Psychology or HR Management.
  • 5+ years' experience in an Organisational Development role or similar.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing successful OD initiatives.
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders.
