Overview

Director, Organisational Development and Learning oversees the design and delivery of forward-thinking organisational development, leadership, learning, and workforce capability strategies that align with both departmental and whole-of-government priorities.

  • Key areas of focus include designing and implementing effective talent management strategies, fostering inclusive leadership, and driving a values-based culture across a large and diverse organisation.
  • Leading a high-performing team responsible for recruitment, workforce planning, employment contracts, and governance of the Human Capital Management System (HCMS).

This role requires strategic vision, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to drive business outcomes and build relationships with key stakeholders.
