Regional Services Leadership Role

The Asia Services leader will provide strategic direction and leadership for a team of professionals across Japan, China, and APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive successful implementation and post-implementation services across Commercial Cloud, Development Cloud, and Quality Cloud.
  • Set the organizational vision for Asia Services, supporting company growth plans and define clear success measurements.
  • Lead a team of in-market Services leaders, mentor a professional team, and ensure team members are productive.
  • Take ownership of project success, handle critical escalations, and build trusted relationships with executive-level customers.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software professional services, with at least 5 years in a senior regional leadership role.
  • Proven success in leading large, geographically dispersed organizations in Asia, including Japan and/or China.
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership, forecasting, profitability management, and resource optimization skills.
