Regional Operations Director

This senior leadership role involves overseeing and driving the commercial performance of Food Service & Convenience operations in a designated region.
- Oversight and direction of regional teams, focusing on elevating customer experience and driving business growth.
- Development and implementation of regional execution plans aligned with strategic objectives.
- Driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and commercial results through effective leadership and decision-making.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong commercial acumen with full P&L accountability.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in retail operations or similar environments.
- Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership skills.
- Solid knowledge of WHS, HACCP, Chain of Responsibility, and people leadership frameworks.
