Job Title: Senior Construction Site Manager

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position responsible for executing the construction plan on site, managing changes to meet schedule and project goals. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of construction activities, including procurement, delivery, and installation of plant, amenities, and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement compliance to project plans, including construction management, program, and workplace relations management.
  • Recruit and manage construction workers employed directly by the company.
  • Lead and support the team to coordinate procurement, delivery, and installation of plant, amenities, and materials.
  • Develop strong working relationships with external stakeholders and act as primary contact for subcontractor representatives, employees, and their representatives.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Trade Qualification, TAFE & University Degree related to Construction.
  • 10+ years construction experience, with 5+ years management experience.
  • Extensive experience in all relevant aspects of on-site construction.
  • Training and experience in managing on-site safety and personnel issues.
  • Implementation and Management of Tier 1 building site procedures and standards.
