Perth Women and Babies Hospital Webuild is delivering the design and construction of theNew Women and Babies Hospital in Perth, Western Australia.
Commissioned by the Western Australia Government, the project is destined to replace the century-old King Edward Memorial Hospital and will expand the healthcare services for women, children and their families in the State of West Australia, transforming the capacity of two important healthcare campuses: the Fiona Stanley Hospital complex and the Osborne Park Hospital.

Your focus will include: Implementing compliance to the project plans, including the construction management plan, program and workplace relations management plan and update periodically as required.
Have input into the total subcontractor labour and supervision resources required for the project and the recruitment of construction workers employed directly by the company Lead and support the team to coordinate the procurement, delivery and installation of plant, amenities and materials and ensure effective management of subcontract works through inductions, pre-start meetings and relevant actions Attend monthly subcontractor meetings to review progress against objectives Develop strong working relationships with external stakeholders and act as the primary contact for subcontractor representatives, employees and their representatives such as unions What you will bring to the team: Diploma or Trade Qualification, TAFE & University Degree related to Construction 10+ years construction experience, with 5+ years management experience Extensive experience in all relevant aspects of on-site construction Training and experience in managing on-site safety and personnel issues.
