What You'll Be Doing

Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities

  • Drive the delivery of an exciting $80M+ project

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Manage and mentor site staff, subcontractors, and trades

Drive OH&S compliance and promote a safe site culture

Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients to maintain strong communication and progress

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale commercial projects upwards of $50M+

Exposure to projects $100M+ highly regarded

Strong leadership and communication skills

Sound understanding of WA construction regulations and standards

Commitment to safety, quality, and delivery

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
