Job Description

As a Senior Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating plant and labour, managing subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

You will work closely with project managers and engineers to plan ahead, troubleshoot issues, and maintain strong communication across the team and with key stakeholders.

This hands-on leadership role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and effective management of employees, subcontractors, and labourers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Site management and coordination
  • Subcontractor and labourer management
  • OH&S compliance and risk management
  • Reporting and record-keeping

Additionally, this role involves maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, communicating effectively, and working collaboratively as part of a larger team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in Civil Construction
  • Experience working on local subdivision and land development projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel to various projects throughout Perth
