We're Hiring: Site Manager Commerical & Industrial Construction

Builtform Construction is looking for an experienced Site Manager or Site Supervisor to join our team

Full Time$130,000 – $150,000 per year Head Office located in Osborne Park, but this will be a site-based role.

We are Commercial Builders & Developers, that deliver market leading products and structures.

We are on the hunt for a gun Site Manager or Supervisor to join the winning team.

We build great buildings that are enjoyable to build, good structure jobs, not too heavy on the finishes, no difficult clients with a great subcontractor team.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a can-do attitude. You'll be organized, be an excellent problem solver and happy to come to work and push the projects forward.

Nothing about the role is challenging in itself, we want to enjoy what we do and want to come to work and surround ourselves with good proactive people.

The role includes:Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Overseeing and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and materials for optimum workflow on site. Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders.Use expertise to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.Running a core group of direct skilled tradesmen to perform work scopes.

Requirements:Forward planning, clear thinking, team players.Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.Able to work across multiple projects at the same time.Tilt Panel / Basement / Large Structure experience a MUSTWe are OK for a person that's run their own contracting business or Ex Contractor that's on the up to apply
