Site Construction Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a senior construction professional in a dynamic team environment.
The role involves supervising and managing the construction of single-storey homes, allocating materials and trades to job sites, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
About the Role:- Supervise and manage the construction process from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients, tradespeople, and management to ensure project success
- Inspect completed projects to ensure high-quality standards are met
- Maintain and update company systems and processes
- Negotiate with subcontractors and coordinate on-site works
- Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process
- At least 2 years' experience working as a Site Supervisor in residential home building
- Carpentry background held in high regard
- A positive and self-motivated approach to work
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
