We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Content Manager to join our Pacific team in Brisbane CBD. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing strategies, presentations, and collateral that align with CBRE's business development activities and growth strategies.

You will partner with our Business Development Leader and senior stakeholders to develop strategies that give CBRE the edge to convert opportunities, provide winning solutions for clients, and grow our business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing best practice proposal content, high-quality pitch outputs, and high-impact presentations
  • Briefing and coaching designers to elevate key themes and messages through compelling visual storytelling
  • Partnering with business lines across QLD to deliver key initiatives, strategies, process improvements, campaigns, and market positioning to enable continued and accelerated growth

About You

We are looking for an ambitious and creative individual with a Marketing, Communications, Copywriting, Advertising, or Pitch background. An understanding of the real estate and property landscape is advantageous.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience delivering content that is clever, client-focused, fit for purpose, creatively persuasive, and compelling
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proactive and tenacious approach, with a passion for creative problem-solving, collaboration, and elevating business development strategies and content for clients
