We are seeking a skilled academic professional to fill the role of Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Medicine. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the teaching and learning experience of medical students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach, assess, and provide academic support to medical students enrolled in the Joint Medical Program (JMP).
  • Develop and implement curricula that meet the needs of undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Requirements:

  • Doctoral qualification/PhD (or near completion) or equivalent accreditation and standing in Medicine for Level B (Lecturer).
  • Current registration as a medical practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with no restrictions, notations, or conditions.
  • Proven experience in teaching, assessment, and/or curriculum development at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
  • Evidence of leadership through peer mentoring or clinical leadership roles.
  • Commitment to collaborative engagement with clinicians and health services to improve healthcare outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
