Job Description

As a Technical Solution Specialist, you will provide scientific and technical expertise to support sales and ensure successful solution delivery for customers. This role spans the full customer lifecycle, from pre-sales consultation and demonstrations to post-sales implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills to drive customer success. Your ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively will be key to delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

In this role, you will analyze customer requirements and document them accurately. You will also engage with sales teams to discuss customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Additionally, you will deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: A degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or biology.
  • Programming Skills: Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python, with proven coding skills.
  • Experience: Typically, at least 4+ years relevant experience for entry into this level.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Analytical Skills: Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex customer requirements.
