Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled technical solutions specialist to bridge customer requirements with software solutions. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical expertise, optimize software usage, support implementations, and collaborate with development teams in an agile environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions using your technical expertise.
  • Provide technical support, software testing, and customer training to ensure seamless data integration and efficient software usage.
  • Assist in technical sales, tendering, and solution development by leveraging your knowledge of software configuration and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Create technical documentation to facilitate collaboration between teams and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Work closely with product teams to deliver and implement solutions using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Support project phases from design to execution by applying your expertise in software testing, customer training, and technical sales.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in Electrical/Software Engineering, IT, or related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience (preferably in the energy industry) with expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, C#, and software configuration.
  • Familiarity with SQL queries, Python, data modeling, and analytics is a plus.
  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and tools like JIRA, MS Project is highly desirable.

Key Qualities:

  • Familiarity with electrical or utility companies is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of software configuration and data integration.
