About the Opportunity:

As a Strategic Transformation Leader, you will spearhead the end-to-end change strategy for a high-impact program affecting frontline teams and operations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology, and retirement villages to embed new ways of working, processes, and systems.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced contract role running until approximately mid-term. With a tight delivery timeline and limited contingency, we're looking for someone who can confidently navigate ambiguity, anticipate risks, and deliver results at pace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and embed an endorsed transformation strategy
  • Partner with project leads, business sponsors, and operational leaders to drive alignment and delivery
  • Conduct detailed impact assessments and readiness evaluations
  • Develop and execute targeted communications, engagement, and training programs
  • Monitor progress and use feedback and insights to iterate and improve
