Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Lead to lead and execute strategic change initiatives in large, complex environments.

About the Role:

  • Represent the interests of stakeholders in wider change discussions and within project teams.
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration with key business units.
  • Coach and mentor team members to support capability uplift and continuous improvement.
  • Assess and define change management activities required across project deliverables.
  • Design and deliver tailored change management solutions, including assessments, strategy, planning, implementation, embedding, and handover.
  • Complete all required/agreed change management artefacts.
  • Engage effectively with senior leaders, internal partners, and representatives of impacted stakeholders.
  • Plan, design, and deliver training that drives future-state retention of skills, knowledge, and attitudes.
  • Report status of change management activities and identify, report, and escalate key issues, risks, and dependencies within the project.

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience in organisational change/change management.
  • Experience in designing and implementing a range of organisational change management methods, techniques, and approaches.
  • Detailed working knowledge of change management theory and practice, stakeholder engagement, and training needs analysis.
  • Support the development of a change management capability within client teams.
  • Responsible for building and sustaining collaboration with project stakeholders.
