Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Portfolio Manager with over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, particularly in fuel management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong consulting background and demonstrate strategic thinking while being hands-on in execution. This role will involve direct collaboration with C-level executives, reporting to the Head of Digital.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Transformation Leadership: Lead and drive transformation programs that align with organizational goals, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
  2. Collaborate closely with global teams: Implement best practices and innovative solutions within the fuel management domain.
  3. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and oversee key portfolio planning and delivery processes including operating plans quarterly planning and squad product coaching.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Work directly with C-level executives to provide insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
  5. Financial Support: Collaborate with finance teams to support budgeting forecasting and resource allocation for transformation initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must have 15+ years of experience in retail convenient stores preferably with in Fuel sector.
  • Proven experience in a consulting role demonstrating the ability to think strategically while executing hands-on.
  • Transformations leadership demonstrated success in leading transformation programs and achieving organizational goals.
  • Interpersonal skills exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
  • Analytical skills strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
