As a key project lead, you'll leverage your deep operational knowledge to shape project scope, identify business impacts, and enhance client outcomes. You will also provide leadership, mentoring, and support to specialist teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing project environment.
About Our TeamThe Enterprise Transformation Division is dedicated to ensuring the TAC's strategic direction is ambitious yet achievable, informed by clear insights from performance data, issues, and risks.
In this role, you will be part of the Enterprise Transformation area whilst working in partnership with key stakeholders from our Clients' division.
You will collaborate with senior project managers, change managers, business analysts, and other program staff to drive impactful outcomes in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Operational Expertise: Bring deep operational management experience, preferably in policies and work practices from similar workplaces/ industries.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Skills: Excel at building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, adjusting your interpersonal style to influence and guide a range of audiences.
- Specialist Knowledge of Medical, Serious Injury, and Road Trauma: Prior experience or knowledge in medical fields, serious injury management, or road trauma is highly advantageous.
