About the Company
Our client is seeking an experienced Chief Radiographer to manage the day-to-day operations of their imaging services. This role involves maintaining high-quality and efficient imaging services for patients and referrers, providing leadership and direction to supervised staff, and managing rosters and leave for technical staff.
About the Role
The Chief Radiographer will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our imaging services. This includes ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and effective team management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high-quality, efficient imaging service
- Foster a collaborative environment with Radiologists, Modality Supervisors, and staff
- Manage daily operational tasks related to imaging services
- Assist management in the ongoing growth and development of the organization
- Jointly responsible for daily staffing rosters
Required Skills
- Demonstrated team leadership skills
- Excellent diagnostic imaging skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- A willingness and commitment to managing a professional imaging team
- Eagerness to participate in further education and professional development programs
