Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with staff, patients, and visitors.
  • Operate access control systems, CCTV, and fire indication panels.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Hold a current Class 1A NSW Security Licence.
  • Have a current First Aid Certificate and a current valid Class C Driver's Licence.
  • Demonstrate experience in effectively and safely managing confrontation and aggression.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
