Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office All Rounder to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a valued member of our small, close-knit team, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable duties, efficiently organizing stock within the system, delivering exceptional customer service, processing orders, and generating invoices with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable duties, including invoicing and debt collection
- Efficiently organize stock within the system, ensuring accurate inventory levels
- Deliver exceptional customer service, both in-store and over the phone
- Process orders and generate invoices with accuracy
- Assist in unpacking and restocking items to maintain the showroom's inventory
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of accounting procedures, particularly related to debtor accounts
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service is highly desirable
